Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy helps us manage appointment availability fairly.


1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

  • Late cancellations may be charged a £25 fee.

3. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may still be charged.
  • This may include partial or full treatment cost, at our discretion.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits may be required for certain treatments or bookings.
  • Deposits are discretionary and are generally non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We may waive cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
