All treatments are strictly 18+ only. We do not provide treatments to minors under any circumstances.

  • All clients must complete and sign a consent form, either in clinic or via an approved online portal.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

3. Medical Information

Clients must disclose accurate and complete medical information. Failure to do so may result in treatment refusal and limits our liability.


4. Treatment Outcomes

  • Results vary between individuals.
  • No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.
  • Follow-up or maintenance treatments may be required.

5. Payments

  • Payments and deposits may be taken via third-party booking platforms.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any deposits taken are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment cancellation, with charges still applying.


7. Liability

While treatments are carried out by trained professionals using approved products, Bright Skin Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare advice, or unrealistic expectations.


8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
